CD Marine defines project management as the application of knowledged skills and techniques to meet the project requirements. Implementation of a certified system to control hazardous materials on board ships and management procedures to maintain the inventory of Hazardous Materials in compliance with EU Ship Recycling Regulation and Hong Kong convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound.
